I went to get my hair washed and pressed and it came out all nice and soft. It moves and everything.





All she did was wash my hair, condition it, put me under a hair dryer for a couple of minutes, blow dry my hair and press it. I don't have a relaxer or anything. She pressed my hair using a hot comb and a straightener. What did she do to make my hair so light and soft?

Try switching the hair grease to a light moisturizer, but it really depends on *your* hair - everyone's hair won't respond the same to the same products. Next time you go to this hair dresser ask her what products she uses - they might even sell them in the salon. Visit some natural hair boards to see what type of products they use.
