but ne ways, go to like map quest and ask for locations of salons near you then narrow it down to black salons through internet and then by price. Sorry haven't been in D.C. in a while.

from my visit there a couple years back, there is nothing ';reasoable'; priced in dc., went to a salon and a hair cut with a shampoo was $130 american....outrageous....
